Our Q3 2026 Adaptive WealthTech release

The Q3 2026 release introduces updates across proposal creation, client planning data, Wealth Trading, Insights dashboards, and more. These enhancements are designed to help advisors and home office teams work more efficiently across key platform workflows.

Take a look at a few of the new features below.

Streamline proposals with new PDF holdings extract tool

“Building a proposal often starts with gathering and organizing investment data, which can be one of the most time-consuming steps in the process. The PDF holdings extract tool helps advisors quickly transform holdings information from PDF statements into actionable proposal inputs, reducing manual effort and allowing them to focus more time on client conversations and recommendations.”

Diane Havrilla
Senior Director, Product Management

AI can now automatically extract account and holdings information from client PDF statements directly into the proposal workflow. Advisors can upload statements containing one or multiple accounts, and the system will extract key information—including account details, holdings, values, cost basis, and purchase dates—so they spend less time on manual data entry. Advisors can review and adjust the imported information, with built-in validations to help ensure accuracy. This makes it easier to quickly build a complete picture of a client’s current accounts, compare existing holdings with a proposed strategy, and have more informed client conversations.

Access more MoneyGuide plan data directly from the client’s record

For advisors using MoneyGuide, the client record now provides more detailed financial planning information directly within the Wealth Management Platform, reducing the need to switch between systems. The Financial Plan tab is now called MoneyGuide Summary and includes expanded views of net worth, asset allocation, and plan projections, giving advisors a deeper understanding of a client’s financial position, portfolio, and expected outcomes. Advisors can also move directly from summary information to more detailed analysis with the new See More navigation, making it easier to access the information they need for more informed planning conversations without leaving their workflow.

Navigate wealth trading workflows with additional flexibility

Our 2026 Q3 release includes multi-currency support for trading and parking sleeves, including trading currency visibility, clearer security identification, native-currency order updates, more precise parking sleeve values, and improved cash tracking.

The release also includes worksheet trading enhancements such as streamlined entry, faster access to tax lot details, smart trade direction updates when editing trade quantities, and additional flexibility for renaming scenarios.

New key performance indicator (KPI) widgets for available Insights dashboards

We are expanding the Universal Widget Library on the Envestnet platform to include several new key performance indicator (KPI) widgets. These widgets provide high-level summaries of critical business metrics, allowing you to track growth and opportunities

The new KPI widgets include:

  • Total Assets. View the aggregate value of all assets under management across your practice.
  • Net Flows. Track the movement of capital into and out of your accounts over a specified period.
  • Proposal Pipeline. Monitor the status and value of active proposals currently in progress.
  • Total Accounts. See a quick count of all active accounts managed within the platform.
  • Customer Opportunities. Identify and track potential new business leads and expansion opportunities.

These updates make it easier to spot trends, prioritize follow-ups, identify growth opportunities, and quickly assess progress against business goals using current data. For example, you can use the Net Flows widget to identify trends in client contributions or the Proposal Pipeline widget to prioritize follow-ups on high-value prospects. By integrating these KPIs into the Envestnet platform dashboard, you can make more informed decisions based on real-time data.
