SUE QUACKENBUSH

Sue Quackenbush is the Chief People Officer for Envestnet, leading the global people strategy for the organization where she is focused on advancing employee engagement, unifying Envestnet’s culture in alignment with key business priorities, and positioning Envestnet as a workplace of choice in the wealthtech industry. 

Sue has more than 25 years of global leadership experience in talent strategy, cultural transformation and successful acquisition integrations. She balances data-driven HR with human connection, where employees thrive alongside innovation and evolving technologies. Most recently she served as CPO at Dynatrace, where she shaped a consistent and inclusive experience for over 5,200 employees. Prior to this, Sue held CHRO roles at Vonage and Presidio, where she launched high-impact inclusion initiatives, scalable advancement frameworks and leadership accelerators. 

Sue holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from Rutgers University. Sue has served on two boards, including RiseIT, a global for-profit software and technology services company, and The Jillian Fund, a non-profit organization supporting children facing life-threatening illnesses.
