JONATHAN LINSTRA

Jonathan Linstra serves as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Envestnet, where he holds clear accountability for end-to-end growth outcomes. In this role, he leads all aspects of the company’s revenue generation, pipeline development, distribution strategy, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market activities; driving alignment and execution across the company. 

Jonathan brings more than 25 years of experience leading revenue, distribution, and client engagement efforts across global asset management and wealth technology organizations. 

Most recently, Jonathan served as Managing Director of the Americas for Morningstar Wealth, where he led all revenue generation and distribution efforts for the firm’s investment management business across the region, helping advisors transition from managing assets to managing wealth across all segments and products. 

Prior to Morningstar, Jonathan spent more than seven years at State Street Global Advisors, where he held senior leadership roles including Managing Director, Head of ETF Model Portfolios & Advised Solutions, and Head of Client Engagement. In these roles, he was responsible for scaling advised solutions, expanding enterprise partnerships, and driving growth across ETFs, model portfolios, and wealth distribution channels. 

He has also served on the Board of Governors for the Money Management Institute, reflecting his long-standing leadership within the managed accounts and advice ecosystem. 

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Taylor University.
