As the Executive Vice President of Corporate Branding and Communications, Matt Stroh is responsible for setting Envestnet’s branding, positioning and messaging, and driving awareness for Envestnet as the leader in wealth technology amongst independent advisors and financial institutions. Stroh also manages the corporate marketing team, which provides global event management, graphic and web design, marketing compliance and operational support across the organization.
Prior to leading Corporate Branding and Communications, Stroh ran marketing for Envestnet | Tamarac and was responsible for building Tamarac's overall market presence and fueling company growth objectives through measured marketing tactics. Overseeing all aspects of brand management, marketing communications, public relations, client marketing, research, and lead generation, Stroh established Tamarac as the leading portfolio management platform for independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
Before joining Tamarac, Stroh managed all aspects of marketing at Who's Calling Inc., a web-based application that uniquely measures online and traditional direct marketing performance, targeting marketers. During his tenure and under the leadership of Stuart DePina as CEO, the company enjoyed its two most profitable years, $57 million in gross revenue in 2005 and $78 million in 2006, and culminated into the successful sale of the company.
In addition to his recent five years at Who's Calling, Stroh managed marketing communications at Intel's eCommerce Online Services division, directed brand management at Go2Net.com and played a leadership role in adding computer hardware to Egghead Software's merchandising resulting in an incremental $75 million in annual gross revenue.
Stroh holds a B.S. in Psychology and Studio Art from Santa Clara University.
